What is SMSC?
Spiritual

The children developing a set of values, principles and beliefs which they use to inform their perspectives on life and their behaviour. Exploring other's beliefs so the children respect the faiths, feelings and the values of others. 

Moral
The children developing the ability to distinguish right from wrong based on their own moral code. The ability to think through the consequences of their own and others actions. 

Social
The children being able to relate well to other people, resolve conflicts and reflect on their own contributions to society. To show respect for people, living things, property and environment. 

Cultural
The abilty to recognise and understand their own culture and values. They can appreciate cultural diversity and respect others beliefs in society. 

 

The Queens official 90th birthday!

On Friday 10th June we celebrated The Queens official birthday. We had street parties, jam and scones and played different games outside. Have a look at the children enjoying the different activities!
