Whitkirk Primary School has now been using ParentPay since 1st September 2020.  We currently have 84% of our pupils who have activated accounts. 

We have 57 pupils still to activate their accounts – all parents should have had an email with an Activation Letter and also these remaining pupils have had a printed Activation letter sent home with their child- if you have not received this, please contact Mrs Campbell in the school office. 

ParentPay is an easy, quick and safe way to pay for items, we currently use ParentPay for:

  • meal booking
  • meal payments
  • milk payments
  • Book bag payment

Going forward it will also be used for trips.

ParentPay has replaced Parentmail for school dinners, payments and trips. 

All communications are now sent from Arbor eg letters, Newsletters etc. which were previously sent from Parentmail.
